The Italian Club has a nine member committee consisting of four Executive Members (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer), an Operations Manager, a First Year Representative and three General Committee members, who carry out various roles. In accordance with the UMSU Clubs and Societies Regulations, two members of the Executive must be UMSU members.
The Committee, other than the First Year Representative, is elected each year at an Annual General Meeting held around the start of the second academic semester and serves a term of one year. The First Year Representative is selected at the start of the year following the Annual General Meeting and also serves a term of one year. The Club is governed by its Constitution, which is ratified at the AGM each year. You can view a copy of it from the Club Documents page.
